About this apartment rental
The house is an annex to the villa where I live, featuring a garden, vegetable garden, and orchard; when in bloom, the garden becomes a riot of colors. Guests are welcome to use the barbecue, have lunch under the pergola, and stroll through the garden.
If they wish, they can try their hand at gardening, and depending on the season, I’ll offer them whatever nature provides from my strictly organic garden. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with nature for a healthy relaxation of both body and mind. I’ll ensure the utmost discretion, but I’ll be available to meet guests’ needs, and I’d love for them to feel right at home.
I live in a very beautiful region; I’m passionate about art and can offer suggestions for visits to cities and museums, as well as recommendations for food and wine.
Friends who are winemakers organize tastings. Not far away, you can go canoeing in pristine waters.
Otricoli is a medieval town rich in history; the archaeological park and the small museum are great spots for relaxing walks down to the Tiber River. Cultural events are also held regularly in neighboring towns. It has an ideal location: it’s connected to Rome by rail, with a station just 5 km away. It’s 70 km from Rome, with an exit at Magliano Sabina. Art cities such as Orvieto, Todi, Viterbo, Civita Castellana, Narni, Bagnaia, and Spoleto are all within easy reach.
A frequent train service connects the nearby Fiumicino Airport with the Civita Castellana station. I can provide further information to ensure that my guests can enjoy a peaceful and safe vacation.
