It’s in a semi-central and convenient location: in 20 minutes on foot or by bus, you can reach the escalator at Piazza Italia and set out from there to explore the historic center. The 90-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a building equipped with a freight elevator and is laid out as follows:

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Estat: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is turned on and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The cost and time slots for late check-in are as follows:

To ensure the best possible check-in experience, please let our Key Holder know your arrival time in advance. Check-in is not available after 1:30 a.m. Any request for a late check-in is subject to the host’s approval.
