La Casa di Alice is an apartment located in a three-family villa in Val di Vara, known as “Sesta Terra”—a place of relaxation and nature just 25 minutes from the Gulf of Tigullio and conveniently located for visiting the Cinque Terre.Recently renovated and fully equipped to provide guests with an unforgettable vacation. Tavarone is a renowned sports and tourism destination, featuring a swimming pool and soccer field. Escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a vacation in freedom!

The apartment is provided entirely for the guest’s exclusive use, with independent access to the kitchen, living room, and all areas of the apartment. In addition, deck chairs and small tables are available for our guests’ exclusive use for breakfast or lunch on our 12-square-meter outdoor terrace on the first floor. The garden and parking area, however, are shared. For our younger guests, we provide a crib, changing table, high chair, booster seat, toilet seat reducer, and potty. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a sloped ceiling. The bedrooms and a bathroom are located in the attic. You can sleep while gazing at the sky through the skylights. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stovetop, oven (no microwave), refrigerator, and freezer. Free Wi-Fi is available for our guests. In Tavarone, you can truly relax. Quiet nights and air quality that only pristine mountains like these can offer are guaranteed. An ideal destination for a vacation filled with authentic flavors and truly authentic places. In this regard, we’d like to note that the Val di Vara is also known as the “Organic Valley.” It was one of the first areas in Italy to adopt the strict regulations imposed by the European Union to protect consumers. Here you’ll find honey produced right in the meadows below our house, organic meat from the San Pietro Vara cooperative, cheese from the Varese Ligure dairy, and many other genuine, locally produced items from our valley.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to:
1) a spacious open-concept kitchen/living area, where you can enjoy breakfast or prepare delicious lunches and dinners. You’ll find all the necessary kitchen accessories to cook just like at home, plus a fantastic Nespresso machine to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee (upon request, we can provide the famous Nespresso capsules in your favorite flavor—additional cost of 5 EUR for 10 capsules).
2) A spacious garden, complete with a barbecue
3) A small terrace accessible from the apartment and an outdoor terrace on the first floor with a sun deck and tables for breakfast/lunch
4) Just a few minutes’ walk away, you can relax in the public pool at the Tavarone sports complex
5) Visit the Giandriale Adventure Park (Tavarone)
6) Enjoy delicious homemade lunches and dinners at the La Veranda restaurant and pizzeria, located just a short walk from the house, where our guests receive a 10% discount

Other things to keep in mind
We sanitize our living spaces and linens with products certified for medical and surgical use.
Smoking is permitted outside the house (balconies, garden).
No pets of any kind are allowed inside the house.
On-site parking for mid-size cars. For large cars and vans, free parking is available within the town.

The "La Veranda" restaurant is open in the evening from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
The pizzeria is open only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
