Welcome to this charming vacation rental, located in the lovingly restored “Phönix” villa! You’re just about 170 meters from the fine-sand beach of the seaside resort of Ahlbeck and the historic pier—perfect for relaxing days by the sea. The location is central yet quiet, allowing you to enjoy both the proximity to the town’s amenities and a pleasant retreat. Shopping, restaurants, bistros, and much more are conveniently located nearby. For your convenience, a parking space is also available on the property.

Apartment 04:
This cozy 50-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of the charming Villa Phönix. Here you’ll find a lovingly furnished retreat, perfect for a relaxing vacation for two. The apartment features two lovely rooms, a small sunroom, a compact, well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a 2-burner ceramic stove, a microwave, a kettle, toaster, and Tassimo coffee maker, as well as a large bathroom with a bathtub that also has a shower function and a washing machine—ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Warm colors, durable laminate flooring, and comfortable furniture create a pleasant atmosphere. Amenities also include a flat-screen TV, radio, MP3 player, dining table with four chairs, and a small vacation library so you can really make yourself at home.
For families with small children, a fold-out cot and a high chair are available. The vacation rental is designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 people. Upon request and by prior arrangement, two extra beds can also be provided. For your convenience, a parking space is available on the property. Of course, Wi-Fi is free of charge.
***The initial supply of consumables includes: 2 rolls of toilet paper, trash bags in all available trash cans, dish soap + 1 tablet, 1 dishcloth, 1 sponge, dish towel, paper towels***
