Important Notice Regarding the Construction Site
Starting in 2027, there will be a construction site near the vacation rental. As a result, there may be occasional noise, vibrations, and other construction-related disturbances during the construction work.
We appreciate your understanding and would like to bring this to your attention before you make your reservation.

The apartment building is located on the Wilhelmstraße pedestrian zone, which merges into Friedrichstraße. The beach is approximately 500 m away. The apartment, which features a balcony, is located on the 5th floor and offers a view of the city.
Size:
1-room apartment, approx. 22 m², for 2 people.
Amenities:
The apartment’s living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa (1.40 m wide) and a dining area. You can enjoy the afternoon sun on the west-facing balcony. A small kitchenette provides the necessary facilities for cooking. The bathroom has a shower.
A parking space is available on the parking deck located on the property, which is accessible only to residents of the building.
Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax charged by the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be billed separately and is due no later than upon arrival.
Due to positive feedback, the linens package is now included in the offer. If you do not wish to receive the linens, please explicitly cancel the order in writing no later than 48 hours before arrival. Thank you very much.
