About this apartment hotel
We are located right above one of the newest and most exciting restaurants in town on the ground floor- Portage!
These are large, quiet, luxurious rooms that have shared common spaces (kitchenette and laundry room) with other guests. The room itself is large and comfortable, with a soaker tub and separate shower, a large flat screen TV, and a king bed. The second bedroom in the suite is separate with a door for privacy, and has a queen bed!
Right on the oldest commercial street in North America, we are right next to the thriving entertainment district of Water Street (including the pedestrian mall), and an easy walk to George Street or Signal Hill, with a view of the Harbour from some rooms! We are also located close to a variety of cafes and convenience stores, and within walking distance to Signal Hill!
You will be able to enter the property at any time of day or night with a code-based entry system. There is a local bus system available, as well as numerous taxi companies. For parking, we would recommend either on-street parking for overnights, or there is a garage underneath the hotel across the street from us with paid parking.
Our checkin and checkout process should be easy and frictionless, however if there is anything at all we can do to make your stay easier or more comfortable please don't hesitate to reach out!

Overall the room and location were great. Beautiful view of harbour.Some minor issues - the hallway/elevator smell was hard to deal with, thankfully it didn’t spill into the unit. I assume this comes from the restaurant on the main floor. The toilet was constantly running, message sent to contact with no response. Communication could have been better. I had asked a question days before arriving and did not receive an answer. I also had to call for the door code as we arrived at check in time and had not received it yet. Had to ask twice for additional toilet paper and towels.Unit was exactly what we needed for our girls trip. Great space to relax with a fridge and coffee maker. Would suggest a black out shade in the bathroom vs a sheer shade over the tub window. 4 stars given due to lack of communication and smell in the hallway

Great hotel like experience. The rooms were a bit dark as there is limited lighting. It was quirky that you have to walk through the restaurant to get to the elevators up to the rooms, but the restaurant staff were so friendly. We would stay here again.
