Nice place. Probably wouldn’t book again.

Beautiful home nice neighborhood. Gorgeous view of the golf course

There was no WiFi. The home theater room didn’t work. There was a breaker shut off when we got there and the stairs lights didn’t work.

False advertisement needs Maintenance

Location is close to entertainment.

Property is unclean. Sheets had rodent poop on them and there was rodent poop on dishes. And there was a broken chair that was at dining table my son almost fell out of the chair. The property needs maintenance and it's very concerning. Spider webs in corners of walls. I'mWe had no access to WiFi the entire stay. The cinema did not work in the movie room.there was old trash left in the cinema room from previous renter. The 5 bedrooms are not all in one home. They are separated. There was a stench like old and like there had been no one in the home for a while. Like it needed air out. Booking.com has only offered 20% of my money back and I am waiting on the facility management to me this right. It was my son's birthday and he was sad because he specifically wanted a game room with Cinema. We were not able to use. And the pool was very dirty. The deck has not been tended to. There was a broken patio screen against one of the sliders. The balcony furniture is rusted and needs refurbished or replaced. All weekend the property promised to make it right. And they did not. My heart is so heavy regarding how this all turned out. I ended up paying $106. For a visit to a game arcade for the kids since the wifi and cinema and game could not be used at the property. I also was told that although the property listed the water park on the resort property as accessible. We did not have access. So no pool because it was dirty and no access to water park. I'm praying the property takes ownership and makes it right. Very disappointed.
