The communication with the staff was perfect. They was very kind and responded quickly.
There's quite a lot of dust on some surfaces, and all the furniture in the apartment is quite worn. The place is good enough for a one-night stay, no longer.

Fermata Metro a 4 min a piedi e fermata Bus a 3 minuti a piedi.

Great facilities, oven, dishwasher, washing machine. They also provide shower gel, washing up liquid, laundry detergent.
When I arrived I was provided with the wrong keys and had to figure it out by myself. When I eventually got the correct key the door lock was stuck and the host had to come. They provide an iron but no ironing board. They provided a washing machine but no clothes horse (it was raining in Madrid, cant dry the clothes outside. Some of the furniture is cheap Ikea and is not sturdy. They provide a coffee machine but only 2 coffee capsules (for an 11 night stay), they provide towels but they are flimsy and were not changed in 11 days, same with bed linen. The bins were not taken out - you need to do that yourself. No cleaning during the stay but you are provided with a sweeping brush, mop and bucket to take care of it yourself. There are blinds on the windows but I didn't know how to use them, curtains would be better.
