could be cozy but you need to love to sleep on the street

First of all the description "seaside" is totally inappropriate. It should say "streetside". Living in that appartment you basically live ON the street. Even with no window open you hear the people talking beside your bed. And the delivery trucks basically drive through your bed, so the garbage trucks do at 1 am. Also as the neighborhood is rather poor, you will have the drunks and homeless people talking in their bedroom, which are the benches infront of your window. And btw it is the main street between the beach and the bus stations which add the noisy partycrowds...to your bedroom. As their is absolutely none noise insulation by the window front it will be all in your room practically. We only slept with very good ear plugs. The 5 points only as the shower was good haha...

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war leider eine komplette Enttäuschung und unser Urlaub wurde dadurch vollständig ruiniert. Die tatsächlichen Bedingungen entsprachen überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen. Fast jeden Tag haben wir Kakerlaken in der Wohnung gefunden. Wir haben den Gastgeber sofort darüber informiert. Er teilte uns mit, dass er etwas gegen die Kakerlaken unternommen habe, aber es gab keine Verbesserung. Noch am selben Tag waren wieder überall Kakerlaken zu sehen: in der Küche, im Badezimmer und sogar in der Nähe des Bettes. Es handelte sich um sehr große Kakerlaken (bis zu 5 cm). Es war einfach ekelhaft, sich dort aufzuhalten. Es war unmöglich, in der Küche zu kochen, da die Kakerlaken auf Besteck, Tellern, Küchenutensilien, in Schubladen und auf Handtüchern im Badezimmer herumgekrochen sind. Wir hatten geplant, zu Hause zu kochen, um Geld zu sparen, aber aufgrund dieser unhygienischen Zustände konnten wir die Küche überhaupt nicht benutzen. Wir haben den Gastgeber mehrfach über das Problem informiert und ihm Fotos und Videos als Beweise geschickt. Statt Verständnis zu zeigen und das Problem wirklich zu lösen, begann er jedoch, die Schuld auf uns zu schieben. Er behauptete, auf einem Video sei zu sehen, dass sich Essen in der Pfanne befände und die Kakerlaken deshalb dort wären. Das entspricht nicht der Wahrheit. Wir haben zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits seit mehreren Tagen überhaupt nicht mehr gekocht, weil es wegen der Kakerlaken unmöglich war. Die Pfannen waren leer, und die Kakerlaken befanden sich sogar in der Besteckschublade. Zusätzlich gab es weitere erhebliche Mängel: Die Dusche war undicht, und Wasser lief bis ins Schlafzimmer. Der Eingang zum Gebäude ließ sich oft erst nach mehreren Minuten und mehreren Versuchen öffnen. Während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts wurde keine neue Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass wir alles selbst waschen mussten.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA

En general no me gustó nada

Cuando llegamos nos encontramos el apartamento con suciedad, paredes con moho y muy descuidado en general, cuidado!! la cocina está en la misma estancia que la cama y no hay campana de extracción de humos, la cama super incomoda y la ropa de cama y almohadas de pena, las fotos del anuncio no tienen nada que ver con lo que te vas a encontrar, la persona que lo gestiona apenas me dió tiempo para buscar otra alternativa y finalmente me obligó a pagar la primera noche, yo había reservado 13 noches y salía a 80€ la noche, pués me cobraron 175€ por la primera y única noche que me alojé. Una experiencia horrible, viajo mucho y no suelo comentar, pero dejo el comentario para que no le vuelva a suceder esto a ningún usuario más.

L emplacement près de tous commerces, de la plage, des bus . Appart situé dans une rue pratiquement piétonne
