just what we needed

very clean and furniture and kitchen are in good shape and laundry worked very well

if the bedroom had a ceiling fan that would have been awesome and really improve the comfort in that area because the air conditioning only covered the living room portion of the apartment when the bedroom door was closed

Perfect , booking again 👍

Very nice place and close to transport to the city centre , transport to the airport !Best choice I never stressed about transport because it’s close to the stations. Its clean and very well maintained . The host waited for me because I arrived late so I appreciate that .

I think from my side I should have changed checkout time to a later time since my flight was later during the night . Didn’t actually see the option to extend but overall I asked host very kindly told me that there’s a new booking already so if you want to stay longer speak to the host before 👍tip for myself too for future booking !

Terrible experience

I booked this apartment in January for a 7-day stay in May, for my parents and my brother. The listing said it was suitable for three people, but that turned out to be false. When we arrived around 8 PM, we saw that the couch — which was supposed to be a proper sleeping space — was completely different from the photos. Instead of what was advertised, there was an old, dirty, and broken couch that was totally unusable. As a result, we had to urgently look for separate accommodation for my brother, which was stressful and expensive at that hour in Madrid. We contacted the owner to explain the issue and asked if a partial refund or discount was possible, since the place couldn’t actually sleep three people. The response we got was dismissive and unhelpful: “If you don’t like it, you can cancel and go somewhere else.” That comment showed a complete lack of responsibility or empathy, especially considering how late it was and how long in advance we had booked. As if that weren’t enough, the next day the bathroom boiler exploded — creating a dangerous situation for my parents and leaving them without hot water. To be fair, the boiler was replaced the following day, but it added more stress and inconvenience to an already bad experience. In short: the apartment did not match the listing, the host was disrespectful when we raised legitimate concerns, and the conditions were unsafe. I definitely do not recommend this place.
