Flat is very comfortable and nicely furnished. The kitchen was really well equipped, the bed super comfortable and we appreciated the large sofa. Old part of Nice is beautiful. Although it is touristy, it is not tacky with many lovely little shops and restaurants.
The noise from the square was a lot. Especially when there was music, which was most nights. Loud talking usually lasted until the early hours of the morning. As temperatures were not so hot any more, we had the window open at night instead of using the air con (also quite noisy). Anyway, I bought ear plugs from the local pharmacy and it was fine.

It was clean with cute decorations and is at a very ideal location and the host was nice and responsive
the stairs of the buildings is not suitable for people with big suitcases to carry it up because its really narrow and steep

Apartment was bright, modern and comfortable. The location is brilliant in the middle of old Nice. Even though you are in a busy area you couldn’t hear any noise at night so we had great sleeps. Air conditioning unit really helped with the summer heat!
The stairs up to the apartment are steep making it difficult with bags etc however, the hosts communicated this to us prior to our arrival so we were prepared and adapted to it - good for a little workout :)

Location, washing machine, kitchen and coffee machine
The very steep and uneven 43 steps to get up to the property on level 3 that was not in any description from the owner when booking. No elderly or walking impaired could possibly climb these steps on a regular basis.
