It was the perfect couple days in Capitol Hill - great location, well stocked with everything we needed. Exceeded expect

Location was great and loved the common spaces.

Expect issues to arise, and when they do, expect no one to address them.

Nothing.

Unfortunately I'm not being dramatic when I say this is the worst stay I've ever had. As soon as I arrived (self check in), the radiator was emitting much heat in the room, no matter which way I turned the knob. The Foxglove number didn't answer their phone during their business hours, and there was no one on site, so I just had to deal with it. I'd be gone all day so it was overnight that was an issue. Even with the portable AC on I sweat all night long and got no sleep. The second night I returned to NO ELECTRICITY IN MY ROOM. The Inn gave 2 numbers, the office number which claimed "call or text us anytime", and a 24 hour emergency maintenance number. Both numbers were AI bots. The maintenance number bot said it didn't recognize the address, even though they read back the address to me correctly. All the bot would say was to call 911 if you smell gas or burning. The office number bot I called 4 times and every time would just hang up on me mid-sentence after asking a bunch of questions. There was literally nothing I could do, no human to get hold of, so spent the rest of my stay in the dark. This was actually a relief because that meant no radiator turning the room into a sauna, but also meant I could get nothing done that night. I only had the flashlight on my phone, which I couldn't use much because my battery was dying and I had no way to charge it. So I woke up extra early to pack and get some things done before I checked out. Also supposedly the Inn has luggage storage, but they didn't provide much info and given I had questions and there was NO ONE to help, I had to go out of my way and pay extra to get a third party luggage storage for my last few hours. The only communication I ever received from them was AFTER I checked out, I got a text basically saying it was likely a breaker and they'd take a look at the unit. After I checked out. This room was unlivable and NEVER should have been rented out.

Amazing!

The room is gorgeous, the staff are very hospitable, loved the laundry facilities and communal breakfast options. Overall a great stay for a great price — would stay again.

Location is great nearby the train station however central to Capitol Hill you must be careful at night. Many dangerous individuals walking by at night time.

We loved Fox Glove and look forward to staying there again. The proximity to the 8 & 11 bus lines as well as the Cap

Everything was fantastic. Beautiful building, room and neighborhood.

Our only issue was that the bed wasn’t anchored so that when we were sitting up with our pillows behind our backs to watch tv the bed tended to slowly slid out and the pillows would sink into the gap btw the bed and the wall.
