The breakfast was not particularly impressive. There was too much focus on Indian cuisine, with very limited Sri Lankan and continental options. I would recommend offering a better variety of Sri Lankan and international breakfast dishes.
The reception area is on a different floor from the ground-floor arrival area, which is a little inconvenient for guests. I understand that security checkpoints are necessary and acceptable, but the process should be managed in a more professional, organised, and welcoming manner to provide a better guest experience.

The property is the best in Colombo in terms of location, hospitality, room interiors. The staff was exceptionally congenial.

Excellent location. Well designed hotel, use of excelkent material and high quality finish of all details. Excellent nice friendly staff.
Layout of ground floor level arrival by car and by foot a bit awkward and not beautiful
