A stressful and disappointing stay marked by access failures, poor support, and additional costs.

Very difficult to obtain access to property. I was unable to access the apartment as expected when I arrived, despite booking the prior night specifically so I would have access upon my morning arrival. Unfortunately, the stay was too disrupted by access problems and lack of support for me to identify anything I liked.

I could not access the apartment as expected upon arrival, which forced me to book a hotel as an emergency backup. The situation was especially stressful because I was traveling with my young daughter and needed access to get ready for a funeral. Communication and support were also poor; on departure day, when belongings were still inside the apartment, I was repeatedly told by phone that no one was responding and no one would come to assist.

Impressed by apt with ginormous TV, excellent cleanliness, very well stocked and responsive host

The 3 flights of stairs, but we did not have much luggage :)

Nice Cosy place in the centre

It was centrally located , lot of shops around for everything. Metro stop 4 mins walk. Had all the basic amenities. Samy was a great help since he was always available to help us with any kind of trouble .

Little compact ; Third floor
