Great location for exploring historic and market town attractions in the Newark, Grantham, and Stamford area. House was warm and cosy on arrival and well equipped for a comfortable base for exploring nearby attractions. The house was very clean and well presented and provided an excellent balance of social space for dining and watching TV together while also allowing personal space with 3 bedrooms. Deserves bonus points for having 3 toilets which is unusual for a property of its size and also the allocated parking space was a bonus.

Location was a bit further from town than we expected. We walked once for an evening meal but not great as along a busy road next to industrial area.

Had a lovely few days at this accommodation. It was close to our family which was a bonus for us. It was immaculate and a lovely welcoming pack of tea coffee milk and biscuits. The beds were comfortable and the bedding immaculate. We will return
