No response from the landlords for two weeks, Apartment ok, good location.

Good location, clean, bed was comfortable.

The landlords didn’t answer my messages the whole two week I stayed there, totally unacceptable when renting out and servicing people! At the same time they were very aggressive in getting answers to their own messages before my arrival. Luckily nothing was seriously wrong, I just wanted an extra key and some information. The apartment is old, old kitchen and bathroom but all works. This is a really noisy apartment as there is people on the plaza Charco day and night, having fun and not. Luckily we moved out soon after the Carnival started.

Un desastre de principio a fin.

La ubicación en la plaza del Charco y con vistas al Teide son magníficas. Es muy soleado y con una terraza buena con toldo.

Llegamos el domingo 21 de diciembre.Nos tuvieron una hora y media por la noche tirados en la calle, porque el código de apertura no abría y el teléfono de contacto estaba off. Estuvimos a punto de coger un hotel. El martes la ducha empezó a no tragar el agua. Hablamos con el propietario y nos preguntó si enviaba a alguien a verlo, pero le dijimos que quizás no era tan grave. Y ese fue nuestro error. El miércoles se atascaron todas las tuberías, el lavabo, el fregadero y la ducha. Aún encima por la ducha empezó a revocar porquería hacia arriba y se llenó todo de mierda con un olor a alcantarilla que inundaba el apartamento. Estuvimos así dos días, porque hasta el viernes no vino un fontanero. Sólo decirle al propietario que las viviendas tienen un mantenimiento, que hay que hacer para prevenir. Cuando tienes una vivienda turística, es imprescindible tener contratado un servicio de atención de averías las 24 horas, los 365 días del año. Pero claro, como todo esto cuesta dinero, si sucede alguna avería, que lo sufra el cliente. Le pedimos a través del servicio de atención al cliente de Booking que nos devolviera la mitad del dinero pagado, pero se negó. Lo arregló con una botella de vino y una caja de bombones. Eso sí, nos tocó comprar lejía y limpiar todo después de que el fontanero solucionará el atranco que había en las tuberías. No recomiendo este alojamiento.
