The stench from leaky downpipe and air conditioner drain pipe leaking all over patio which was flooding in an inch of leaking water that had mould spores spewing out onto the patio

Filthy, cramped and depressing

Not much to like other than Port Melbourne is a cute little community. It was cramped but they did say it as compact.

The apartment was too small for even one person, much less two. But others had said it was small. But mostly, it was filthy, had the absolute lowest quality of every item - mismatched cheap cutlery, dirty upholstery on the couch, dirty counter tops. Every dish, pot, pan and utensil had dried on food on it.. Not even a real fridge. A small bar-like fridge (for 2 weeks?!?) in a cupboard behind a table that you had to move aside so you could barely get to it, with the door opening the wrong way so you had to contort to open it. And the bed was appalling. Old. Springy. Saggy. When I contacted them to see about getting in someone to at least properly clean it, I got the run around. They asked me to send pics, which I did. But then, radio silence. No follow up. No one returned my calls over 2 days. I finally threw up my hands, found another hotel and moved. Booking.com was great. They intervened. When the property manager said I had to send photos, they said I had. Then they said they had received an empty email and needed to resend. Rubbish. Booking stepped up and asked them to do the right thing and they refunded me 10 of the 13 nights. I moved to a new serviced apartment not far away. A brand new, stunning one bedroom serviced apartment for about the same money. Wonderfully appointed, fabulous bed. High quality fittings. Panoramic views. A world apart.

Nie wieder. Unverschämter Anbieter, hält einen nur hin. Dreckig und Schimmel in den Dusch-Fugen

Schimmel in der Dusche, klebriger Fußboden im Bad, verdreckter Balkon. Komplizierte Kommunikation. Man wird nur hingehalten mit Worten. War 8 Nächte dort, nach 6 Tagen kam jemand und hat einfach Chlor in der Dusche verteilt ohne zu putzen. Balkon nur grob geputzt. Nach 6 Tagen!!!!! Der Verwalter der Unterkunft hält einen hin, redet nur und handelt nicht. 6 Tage kein W-Lan gehabt, weil mir die Zugangsdaten nicht mitgeteilt wurden. Der Link dafür wurde immer wieder gelöscht.
