Very helpful staff. Sruthy was especially very kind. Great pool and room. Got a free upgrade to the forest view room with bathtub, from the waterfall view room. Got late checkout at a reasonable price. Food prices were cheaper than I expected.

The intercom was not working. Some food items could be better. e.g. less oily omelette, fresh ingredients in tomato minesterone soup instead of canned baked beans.

10 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2026

Beautiful location, peaceful surroundings, and views made the stay very relaxing. Spacious rooms, warm hospitality, loved waking up surrounded by greenery.

The stay was lovely overall, property is beautiful, cons nothing major—just a few small areas where service and maintenance could be improved.
