A place where you can spend the night.

A very good price for those who have business in the city and are only looking for a place to sleep.

It’s not a place for the fussy. It’s simply a room where you can spend the night at a good price in the Bulgarian capital.

WARNING: Not an apartment, but a storage unit! Total scam.

None

Calling my stay here "terrible" would be an understatement. The description of this property is completely misleading—this "space" is actually a converted storage room or shop that has been repurposed in the most cynical way possible. Here are the facts I encountered upon check-in: Neglected Entrance: The first thing I saw was piles of dirt and dead leaves accumulated in the side corner, in front of the entrance door, making it clear that the exterior hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The "Bathroom" is a fiction: It is a tiny toilet room where a showerhead has been crammed in. Given the size and positioning, it is physically impossible to use. This cannot be called a bathroom; it is a staff toilet at best. Owner’s personal items & poor hygiene: I found clothes belonging to the owners left inside the washing machine and dryer. Furthermore, the entire place reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Dilapidated Furniture: With the exception of the bed, the furniture is old, broken, and poorly maintained. There was even a wardrobe locked with a padlock, which felt incredibly strange and unwelcoming. Insulting "Compensation": After I complained, I was offered a "compensation" of 10 BGN (approx. 5 EUR). This is an insult and doesn't even begin to cover the feeling of being scammed and taken advantage of. Conclusion: Avoid this place at all costs! This is a blatant attempt to profit from a space that does not meet any basic rental standards. I feel completely cheated.

Very good.

The host is very kind man. Near to metro station, transport, supermarkets and restaurants. The value is worth for this money. For every customer budget there is property.

Needs a little improvement in cleaness, but this could be correct in one day.

It is very well equipped and comfortable.

It’s next to the street and in the Morning can become noisey. But it wasn’t too bad for us we really liked the privacy of the Appartement.
