Ramada by Wyndham Dalaman

It was a very nice hotel. That’s what comfortable and there was an amazing selection at the buffet breakfast.

The room was a little tight and depressing

Brilliant location for the airport and onward travel. Great breakfast and comfortable room with a lovely view of the gorgeous pool area.

Nothing.

Able to book last minute due to a flight cancellation. Room was modern and comfortable. Nice pool area

Very busy and noisy. Unable to provide a later checkout- appreciate it was a last minute booking.

Beautiful property with modern amenities.

As a luxury hospitality professional and frequent business traveler, I was disappointed by my stay here. This claims to be a 5-star hotel, but the service standard certainly is not. The front desk and F&B staff were distant and unhelpful with basic requests. Most of the staff I encountered struggled with basic English communication which is unusual for a 5-star business hotel. As a solo female traveler, the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The single redeeming element was the spa receptionist, whose outstanding service single-handedly saved the stay.
