The apartment is perfect for four people. It has two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The only toilet is located in the living room, which you have to walk through to access the bedrooms. There are grocery stores very close by, and the nearest metro station is less than a five-minute walk away. An added bonus is a fantastic extra room accessible from the inner courtyard, equipped with a jacuzzi and a treadmill. Overall, a great place to stay in a very convenient location!
We stayed here as a group of six, so two of us had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately, the sofa bed is in very poor condition and makes it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
There is also constant, loud noise from a ventilation shaft in one of the bedrooms. Having only one toilet, located in the living room, is a major inconvenience, especially during the night.
Unfortunately, the showers in both bedrooms leak, so you have to remember to put towels under the doors to prevent water from spreading onto the floor.
The inner courtyard was extremely dirty. I understand that it is autumn and leaves fall, but there was also a lot of rubbish scattered around, including old bread.
Finally, the entrance door looks more like the entrance to a shop than to an apartment. It would be worth considering replacing it to improve the overall impression.
Overall, the apartment has potential, but these issues significantly affected our comfort and should be addressed.

We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi and appreciated the fact that the apartment had two separate rooms.
