The tranquility was out of this world
Loved everything! The only thing was that a twin room was significantly cheaper than having one bed.

A lovely stay. Place is great. People are lovely and so welcoming. The setting is incredible. Defiantly worth a stay or if not a visit to the restaurant and experience what it has to offer.
I stayed in a Villa and the room was outstanding. So tranquil and well kept.
Would definitely stay again. And recommend to family and friends.
The free buggy into town is also a big bonus to help get around as it’s slightly out of town, but with good reason because it is peaceful.
Walking around the resort feels restorative in itself.
Maya as personal host lead was lovely and very approachable and beautiful energy.
Could have a quick reference guide in room of available services and timings. Was told at check in but way to see guide would benefit stay

Lovely grounds and swimming pool with decent breakfast and room service. Some lovely and some really uptight staff…mostly lovely. Try the tea ceremony…
Lack of ability to communicate in English, German, French, Spanish, etc…really bad with most of the staff. Some staff had a bad attitude towards service and seemed unhappy to be working there. They should be grateful or be fired…this is a place many would be lucky to work.
