Location was excellent, very close to the beach, restaurants, shops. Fabulous view available from the balcony (sadly almost obliterated by filthy windows/sliding doors which made visibility almost non-existent). The whole place was very roomy and beautifully presented with comfy couches and tasteful furnishings. Bedrooms were excellent and also had plenty of room. The owners had gone to a lot of trouble to present a quality place. However, there were some not-so-good concerns that were not caused by the owner or the property management company.....it was the standard of hygiene and cleanliness provided by the complex cleaners. Further details in the following section.
First appearances of the whole place was excellent. Visible surfaces (coffee tables, main floors, kitchen worktop etc) were great. What was disturbing the amount of dust, grime and fluff that was along skirting boards in the bedrooms and also the decorative trim on wardrobes. The beds were elevated on frames that allowed you to clearly see under them and therefore the skirting boards were completely visible. All rooms were the same and clearly showed that the cleaners only put a vacuum around the main part of the floors and left the rest! Not great if you are allergic to dust, and the amount that was there was an accumulation of many, many months. Another item of concern was the ventilation extractor fan in the ensuite bathroom that was so clogged with the same level of dust and fluff that it fell down on you when you got in the shower....yuk! Long standing grime around the taps on the main bathroom handbasin, big cobwebs in the corners of the kitchen windows and stains on the mattress protectors were also amongst the issues we had. All of this (with corroborating photographs) has been reported to the property maintenance company who administer the unit and we just hope that they have had a serious discussion with the cleaning company about what sort of standards they should be providing. The property manager was very kind and offered to send cleaners around straight away to remedy the problem.

Beautiful property, great location, very well equipped. Loved it.
When we arrived we had issues with the lockbox as it wasn’t opening. The director had to come to the property at 1am to let us in.
