About this house rental
Welcome to Podere L'Uliveta, located along a small country road parallel to the famous Bolgherese—a dreamlike setting where the countryside, the sea, the climate, and nature take center stage. Just a few minutes from Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci, two gems of Tuscany, famous for their food and wine, culture, and beauty.
Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci: the former is known worldwide for its Viale dei Cipressi—a little gem—and its superb wines, while the latter is renowned for its history (Giosuè Carducci lived there and made the town famous), local specialties, olive oil, and wine.
For beach lovers, Marina di Castagneto is just a 10-minute drive away.
The two properties are completely independent, located about 50 meters apart, each with its own large garden opening onto the countryside for exclusive use.
Reserved parking for two cars. A veranda with a sofa to enjoy the splendid view of Castagneto Carducci from the IL SALICE house and a view of the orchard from the IL CILIEGIO house.
Sun loungers in the garden, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Air conditioning. LED satellite TV. Two bicycles available with the rental to reach the beach or for beautiful rides through the surrounding countryside.
