Quiet yet perfectly central, located halfway between the piers of Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf. A one-minute walk to the beach (approx. 100 m) and about a 5-minute walk to the Ostseetherme (approx. 200 m). The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, the Ahlbeck town center is 10 minutes away, and Heringsdorf is a 15-minute walk away. Several cozy restaurants and cafés are located nearby.
The residential complex also features a children’s playroom, coin-operated dryers, and a coin-operated washing machine. A free parking space is available on the property. Bicycle storage is available in a lockable communal bike shed.
