This 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern villa and features a living area with an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms.
This bright, light-filled apartment has electric blinds in the living room for privacy and, with a very comfortable sofa, offers plenty of space for a fun game night with family or friends. To ensure the rooms stay pleasantly cool even in the summer, pleated blinds are installed on the west side of the apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a dishwasher and microwave
The spacious bathroom with a shower offers plenty of room to start your eventful day together.
A washing machine and a drying rack are also available here.
Both bedrooms feature comfortable double beds and plenty of storage space for your vacation essentials or souvenirs. The bedroom windows are equipped with insect screens.
