The Villa Strandperle, completed in 2002, is an exclusive building located directly on the first row of the beach promenade in the seaside resort of Bansin. The beautiful and tastefully furnished apartments are equipped with all amenities. Almost all apartments offer ocean views. The building has an elevator and bicycle storage. Underground and outdoor parking spaces are included. A washing machine and dryer in the building are available for a fee.

This modern and lovingly furnished studio apartment on the 4th floor features a comfortable fold-out bed with spring mattresses. The apartment has tile flooring throughout and is equipped with a CD player. An ottoman can be used as a third sleeping spot. The glass bay window offers a view of the sea.
Use of the sauna and pool area at the Kaiser Spa Hotel zur Post for two people is included in the price. If the pool area is closed, there is no entitlement to a substitute.
Since we are partners with the Golfhotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you’ll receive a 30% discount on green fees at these golf clubs.
