rents out quiet, modern, practical, and high-quality furnished vacation apartments on the island of Usedom. Renovation work is carried out EVERY YEAR. Nothing is worn out or damaged. The property features large green spaces.

The Struckmann Vacation Home on the island of Usedom is an 18+ property. Since this policy was implemented, we’ve seen an increase in guests aged 45 and older. Guests at Urlaubsdomizil-Struckmann really appreciate this and love the peaceful atmosphere and the great location. It’s not uncommon for pleasant, personal interactions to take place—such as interesting conversations over a glass of wine by the open fire in the garden.

Through active communication with guests about their experiences in the vacation rentals during their stays, a standard of amenities has been established over the years that leaves nothing to be desired. This is exactly what the reviews reflect.

Additional information:



• All apartments are non-smoking.

• Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the apartments. Hotel slippers are, of course, provided free of charge upon request.

• The final cleaning fee is currently 59 EUR; it is charged once per vacation rental and must be paid in cash on the day of arrival along with the remaining balance.

Why, how, what for... and why so much??? Well...

Due to the sometimes immense increases—and continuing rises—in the costs of gas, water, electricity, GEZ fees, taxes, building insurance, liability insurance, legal protection insurance, contractor services, building materials, rental linens, cleaning, consumables, etc., passing these costs on has unfortunately become unavoidable for all landlords.

We gave this a great deal of thought to determine how to pass on only the actual additional costs. A flat-rate increase in the rent was out of the question. That would generally result in a significantly higher markup. We’re seeing this now across all utility and business sectors. Unfortunately, this means that everything is becoming more expensive than is absolutely necessary.

Fortunately, a solution has been found to prevent this. To do this, we calculated both the price increases that had already taken effect and those that had been announced, and divided them by the average number of bookings per year. The result was the INFLATION SURCHARGE.

At Urlaubszuhause-Struckmann, this is a one-time fee of 71.00 EUR per booking and must be paid in cash along with the final payment on the day of arrival.

What to keep in mind when making a reservation:



• When making your reservation, please provide a CELL PHONE NUMBER (not a landline number) so we can reach you more easily.

• Please call us a few days before your arrival and let us know your approximate arrival time. We will always be there to greet you in person and welcome you.

• The person making the reservation must also be the tenant. Booking on behalf of third parties is not permitted because this prevents a contractual relationship from being established.
