The apartment Zum Tor is about 65m² in size, is located on the first floor (accessible via 4 steps) and has a very cozy ambience. 4 + 3 people can live, sleep and feel comfortable here.
The modern living room with a large couch, flat-screen TV and DVD player has a feel-good character.
The integrated fully equipped kitchenette has a kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, stove with ceramic hob and refrigerator with freezer compartment as well as a dishwasher.
In the veranda with dining area and small wardrobe you can talk about a beautiful day, relax with a cup of coffee or play games for an exciting afternoon or evening.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms (with insect screens), with the 1st bedroom being a walk-through room.
While one is equipped with a double bed and wardrobe, the other has a bunk bed with two different lying areas (90 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm), so that a good 3 people can sleep there. Additional beds are possible in the living room on the sofa bed.
The bedrooms are covered with laminate, the other rooms are tiled. There are mosquito nets in front of the windows.
In addition to recreational opportunities on the large property (separate seating area and deck chairs on the lawn), you can also explore the flora and fauna of the island on foot or by bike. The coastal forest begins directly in front of the house.
There is also a central barbecue area on the large property, which can be used by all guests.
The apartment can also be used in the cold season, as there is heating, partly underfloor heating. All rooms are tiled.
