This welcoming apartment building, which was renovated in 2026, is located on Maxim-Gorki-Straße, one of the most beautiful beachfront locations in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. Right on the boardwalk, you can enjoy the sea air firsthand at this property. In a quiet location between the Heringsdorf and Bansin piers (each about 1 km away), you’ll experience pure relaxation.
The beautiful vacation apartments, combined with the magnificent location, will make your vacation a delight. The tastefully and comfortably furnished vacation apartment is ready and waiting for you. Bicycle rentals and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. The fine-sand beach is just a few meters away—simply cross the car-free beach promenade. The property is fenced on all sides, and the parking space is located on the premises. You’ll feel right at home here and enjoy a wonderful vacation.

This comfortable, nautically decorated vacation apartment, 72 m², is located on the 2nd floor and accommodates up to 4 people. The apartment has 2 balconies: 1 facing the sea with a view partially obstructed by trees, and 1 facing south with plenty of sun until late in the evening.
In the living area, there is sleeping space for 2 additional guests on the cozy corner sleeper sofa. The dining area and a 75-inch smart TV are also located here.
In the bedroom, which faces the sea, a box-spring bed awaits you for restful nights.
The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher and a glass-ceramic cooktop with an oven.
There is a storage room for your luggage. The bathroom, which includes a shower and toilet, is also equipped with a hair dryer. The balconies have awnings and garden chairs with cushions.
The apartment includes one free parking space, and you can book an additional parking space for EUR 8.00 per day upon request.
On the first floor, you’ll find a washing machine and a dryer available for a fee.
