About this house rental
This well-equipped vacation rental for 2–5 people is located on the 1st floor of the apartment building. The balcony faces south and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding fields.
The vacation rental consists of a bedroom, a living room/bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. It is fully equipped: bed linens, towels, and dish towels are provided.
A winemaker’s breakfast is available in the cozy breakfast room for an additional fee.

The Laurentius Vacation Farm is situated on a small plateau above the Kocher Valley. In front of the house, the vineyards slope quite steeply down toward the Kocher River. Fields stretch out behind the farm. The Laurentius Vacation Farm is a family-run agricultural business that also cultivates grapes. Here you can learn about the work of a farmer and a winemaker.
The guesthouse is new and modernly furnished. It features five double rooms, one single room, and two vacation apartments. All rooms face south and offer a great view of the fields.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the guesthouse upon request. Towels and bed linens are included.
To start your day, a hearty breakfast buffet is served in the cozy breakfast room with a terrace. In the evening, and on days when the sun isn’t shining, a lounge is available. A refrigerator is available for shared use in the lounge.
The house features a banquet hall that can accommodate up to 60 people. This can also be booked for private celebrations without an overnight stay.
Check-in is from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
