This accessible ground-floor apartment offers 81 square meters of very comfortable living space for up to 4 people and is ideal for a relaxing vacation in a location close to the beach. Two furnished terraces, a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two separate bedrooms provide the perfect setting for a restful vacation. The bright living area, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy sofa, and a dining area, flows seamlessly into the modern kitchen, which is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a wide range of appliances. Wi-Fi, an internet-enabled TV, and a stereo system provide modern conveniences. The living/kitchen area can be separated from the rest of the living space by a sliding door. Both bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and equipped with TVs. One features a double bed with a one-sided lift function and an electrically adjustable sleeping surface, as well as access to the terrace; the second features a catamaran bed (lower mattress 1.40 x 2.00 m, upper mattress 0.90 x 2.00 m) and is ideal for up to three children.
