The Accommodation
Available now! Still have openings for Easter! We offer two cozy and quietly located vacation apartments, each almost completely newly furnished, accommodating 4–5 people each.
1st Floor: Spacious kitchen-dining area, living room with access to the balcony, bedroom with two single beds, bedroom with a double bed, new bathroom with washer-dryer and glass-enclosed shower. The living area opens onto the large, covered east/south-facing balcony with patio furniture, an umbrella, and a view of the greenery.
Additional apartment amenities:
Ceramic cooktop/oven/refrigerator/freezer/dishwasher/coffee maker/kettle/toaster, pot and pan set, as well as all necessary utensils such as cups, cutlery, etc.
Flat-screen TV
Almost all windows are equipped with insect screens. Wi-Fi (free) The living area opens onto a large, covered south/west-facing balcony with patio furniture and a sun umbrella, offering views of the greenery, Lake Constance, Vorarlberg, and Switzerland.

IMPORTANT:
This is a non-smoking apartment; however, smoking is permitted on the balcony.

The minimum booking duration is 5 nights, and a maximum of 5 people can stay in our spacious vacation apartments!!

E-bikes and bicycles can be safely stored and charged in our garage.
Pets are not allowed here.

Our vacation apartments are centrally located in the Lindau/Lake Constance district.
In just 15 minutes by car, you can reach the surrounding towns of Bregenz, Wangen, and Lindau.
Whether you’re drawn to the Bregenz Festival, the State Garden Show in Wangen, the Waldsee in Lindenberg, or a bike ride—you can reach a wide variety of destinations from our apartments. Hourly bus connections in all directions make your excursions easy. You can easily leave your car behind. Long walks through green meadows and forests are also possible at any time right from your doorstep and promise pure relaxation.

The excellent transportation connections (5 minutes to the A96 on-ramp) by car, bus, or bike make Niederstaufen a perfect starting point for excursions to the Allgäu, Lake Constance, Vorarlberg, or Switzerland. The nearby train stations in Lindau, Hergatz, and Heimenkirch offer train connections to destinations such as Oberstaufen, Oberstdorf, Ulm, Füssen, Augsburg, and Munich.
In 10–20 minutes by car, you can reach swimming lakes and outdoor pools

In winter, numerous ski areas—such as Steibis, Hündle, and Hochhäderich (approx. 30 minutes)—invite beginners and cross-country skiers to enjoy great winter sports. For passionate skiers, a wide variety of ski lifts are just about 60 minutes away.
