Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This top floor apartment is located in the heart of Burlington, close to all restaurants, shopping and other great activities Burlington has to offer. Offering two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a fully stocked kitchen, there is plenty of space for everyone! One designated off street parking spot, and laundry in unit.

The apartment was recently renovated. The sitting area is spacious and the unit is well equipped, though there's no dishwasher. Everything was clean and in good order. Despite the overhead vents and a thermostat that shows central AC controls, there's actually no central AC. (The overhead vents in the photos give the impression of central AC; hence our 4/5 for the property listing.) AC is provided by window units in the main area; there are ceiling fans and two free-standing floor fans. We found the equipment provided inadequate for cooling the bedrooms. The neighborhood could be described as gritty: we felt safe walking alone during the day but might have been reluctant to be out alone at night. We had questions at the start of the trip about the AC; the office responded after a few hours to each of our messages. Despite the concerns listed, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment - clean and comfortable - felt right at home. Beds - including pillows and sheets super comfy (on a scale of 1-10, definitely a 10)! Location excellent as close to Church Street shopping and UVM campus. We visit Burlington often and highly recommend this apartment and rental company. We always make sure to grab breakfast or lunch at Willows, lunch at Zabby and Elf's and dinner at Trattoria Delia. We also caught great live music upstairs at Einstein's - Kiley and Friends performed this past Saturday night playing a great mix of originals and covers. The lead singer Kiley is pitch perfect and the band is super tight - hope to see them again when we are back in town.Thanks for a memorable stay!Linda and Chris Long Island
