The one-room apartment is about 22 m² in size and is located on the second floor.
The living area is designed for one or two people.
Of course, you can use Wi-Fi, radio and TV cable connection free of charge.
The small kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and the necessary dishes and dish towels.
A dining area is available for two people.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink as well as sufficient storage space.
The sleeping area is furnished with a 140 x 200 cm bed.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels are included in the price.
A drying room with washing machine and ironing facilities is available to guests in the house.
For our guests, we have of course reserved a parking space at the house.

The four holiday apartments are located in the centre of Pegnitz, in the picturesque Rosengasse, right next to the old sandstone church, in a quiet location.
The living area is located on the second or third floor, from which you can enjoy the view of the city park.

Check-out is possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departure from 06:00 to 11:00.
