Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday except in low season.

A contract will be drawn up for all rentals and a deposit will be requested on arrival. This deposit will be returned when the tenants leave. A tourist tax of €2.16 per adult person (over 18 years old) per night will also be paid on arrival.
An end-of-stay cleaning deposit (€120) will be paid on arrival and will be returned on departure of the tenants if the end-of-stay cleaning has been done.
