Beautiful, cozy vacation apartment with 2 bedrooms (one double bedroom, one twin bedroom), south-facing balcony, fully equipped kitchen, shower and separate toilet, dining area, entryway, couch, and flat-screen TV. The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of our annex. Free Wi-Fi throughout the entire building!

Located right next to the BiosPhärenparkbahn Brunnach in the village of St. Oswald, the Hoferbauer is the perfect starting point for a vacation that’s a little out of the ordinary. Whether you’re a sports enthusiast or looking to relax, everyone will find what they’re looking for at the Hoferbauer.
In addition to the vacation apartment for 4 people, the Hoferbauer has been expanded to include 3 more living units. The Spruce Double Room, the Swiss Pine Family Apartment, and the Swiss Pine Suite. A modern country house style runs through all the units, and the locally sourced woods contribute to a cozy living atmosphere.
Summer amenities include free admission to the Sittlinger Beach at Lake Millstatt, as well as the Kärnten Card and the Sonnenschein Card, which offer access to over 100 free attractions.
On-site costs: Your “Naturally Vacation” benefits: - Kärnten Card and Sonnenschein Card for the duration of your stay - Complete set of dishes and linens - Free Wi-Fi - Free parking in front of the house - Lockable bike storage - Shoe dryer- Wash station for bicycles and hiking boots- Free admission to the beach at Lake Millstatt (approx. 15 km)- "Meet" our animals on the farm and, upon request, take a tour of our on-site bioheat heating system
