The "Fichte" apartment for 4 people (50 m²) is located on the first floor and features a terrace. Furnished with high-quality solid wood furniture, the apartment features two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a large living room with a couch (which can also be used as a single bed), a recliner, satellite TV, radio, free Wi-Fi, a cozy corner bench, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and stove.

It’s just a 10-minute walk to the Nockalmbahn gondola station and a 5-minute drive to the Brunnachalmbahn gondola station, the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim, and the Bad Kleinkirchheim thermal baths. 
Free parking and storage spaces for cars (1 space per apartment) are available.
Our in-house sauna is also available to our guests. 
You also have the opportunity to purchase organic wines, schnapps, and juices from our own production. Upon your arrival, we’ll welcome you with a homemade “schnaps” at our reception desk, which serves as the gathering place for our guests in the building. There’s a cozy seating area and an espresso machine here.
