About this apartment rental
Our beautiful 88-square-meter vacation apartment on the basement level, featuring a large terrace, can accommodate up to 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a combined dining-living room with a sofa, a satellite TV, and a dining table for 4 people. The large built-in kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher and a freezer. The bathroom features a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet. Wi-Fi and a spa pass for Osserbad+ are included in the price. Bedding, table linens, and towels are provided. The terrace is furnished with patio furniture, where you can relax on summer evenings while enjoying the view of Lohberg. Spend your vacation at our equestrian and vacation farm in the Bavarian Forest. Thanks to its pastures and large garden, our long-established farm in the Bavarian Forest is in a very quiet location, yet only a 10-minute walk from the center of Lam. Our vacation apartment on Kirchenweg is just a 5-minute walk from our farm. Of course, you’re welcome to take advantage of all the amenities our farm has to offer. This includes, among other things, riding lessons at our in-house rates. The vacation and winter sports resort of Lohberg in the Lamer Winkel, at the foot of the Großer Osser (1,293 m) and the Großer Arber (1,453 m), offers a unique hiking and skiing paradise in the Bavarian Forest. The Lamer Winkel offers a wide variety of recreational and excursion opportunities in every season. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous activities and recreational facilities: indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a large water slide within walking distance, golf, tennis, cycling, table tennis, and the Fürstenzeche healing tunnel. A deposit of 50 EUR may be charged. Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check-out by 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over directly at the house. Pets allowed upon request. Crib available upon request. Bread roll delivery service available.
