A large historic estate with 400 m² of living space set in 9,000 m² of grounds. Part of the property dates back to the 15th century. This is the birthplace of Louis de GANNES in 1658, who served as commander of the King’s troops in Acadia (1704): a point of origin and place of remembrance for the Acadians (Province of Quebec and the State of Maine in the U.S.). This property sleeps 12, with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (an additional apartment sleeping 2 with a bathroom is available upon request only).

SNCF train station for exploring the region without using your own vehicle. TGV service to Tours (40 km) or Châtellerault (25 km) for Paris and/or Bordeaux
Quiet property, with all amenities and services within a 5-km radius.
The property must be left in the same condition as when you arrived: a flat fee of €150 is charged for cleaning. A security deposit check for €800 is required upon arrival and will normally be returned upon departure.
