"Casa Beraldini" is located in the
Borgo Trento neighborhood of Verona, a ten-minute walk from the historic center.
The apartment features air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, three double bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom complete with a jacuzzi and a washing machine. The property offers one parking space in a private parking lot for a fee upon special request.
The property is 1.2 km from Piazza delle Erbe and 1.5 km from the Arena.
Verona Airport is 9 km away.
Please remember that I need your IDs for the tourist registration/police, so please send them to me at check-in.
- I also need to collect your tourist tax (3.50 per person per day; children under 15 are not included), which you can pay upon check-in or check-out
- Will you need a parking space? There is a parking space in a private parking lot very close to the property, in Piazzale Stefani. It is available only upon special request, subject to availability, and costs €15 per car per night; you will pay me directly.
The same applies to a travel crib.
- Please leave the apartment as neat and tidy as you found it. Don’t worry about a thorough cleaning, though—I’ll take care of that.
- Please respect my home:
be careful with your heavy luggage so as not to scratch the walls and wooden floor,
no smoking in the apartment (there’s a small table with a couple of chairs and an ashtray on the balcony),
Please keep in mind that other people live nearby, so no partying or loud noise, especially between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
- As for trash, on the same street, across from the “Caffè Trento” bar, there are some trash bins:
Carta = paper
Umido = organic food
Vetro = glass
Secco = other
