About this villa rental
Between the sea and the mountains, in Porto-Pollo, come and enjoy a family seaside resort that offers many leisure activities (various beaches, one of which is supervised, diving, boating, simple walks or hikes on the GR, horseback riding, discovery of prehistoric sites and museums including the famous site of Filitosa...). You will find calm and comfort in our villa whose 60m² terrace offers a panoramic view of the Gulf of Valinco for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday!
The villa is built on two levels: the first floor includes a large room opening onto a terrace overlooking the Gulf of Valinco (part of the terrace is covered - which allows you to have breakfast and lunch in the shade); an open-plan kitchen and toilets; the garage is reserved for the owners. The garden level has 4 bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room, a large bathroom and toilets. Each bedroom opens onto a terrace.
The villa does not have an air conditioning system. On the other hand, the walls are double insulated (the cinder blocks are lined with a brick wall and a layer of glass wool). In summer, it is important to leave the blinds closed during the hot hours of the day and to ventilate at night and in the morning. In autumn, on the other hand, the heat of the sun should be allowed to penetrate through the bay windows and the windows should be closed at dusk.
Rates vary between 1400 and 3000 euros per week depending on the booking dates.
