I didn’t stay and I demand a full refund.
Nothing was satisfactory. Very disappointed with lack of accountability.
I demand a refund on the booking at Seaside Studio Apartment. 44/21 Harvest Road Notth Fremantle:
On Tuesday 27/01/26 I booked accommodation at 44/21 Harvest Road North Fremantle on booking.com.
I intended to stay 4 nights from 27/01/26 until 31/01/26.
This accommodation was completely unsatisfactory. Upon arrival prostitution was apparent outside the front gates. And several groups of people appeared to be participating in drug transactions. I did proceed to check in.
At ~8.00pm the next door neighbour with an adjoining wall had a serious domestic alteration. It was very frightening. Glass was smashed, at least 2 men yelling obscene language. People were injured. Blood was everywhere and can be seen on the veranda, in the escalator and out to the car park.
I have attached a photo of the blood that was on the door step following the incident.
At the time of the domestic violence I phoned the number provided by Smart stays and spoke to Richard.
I have documented this conversation in a previous conversation with Smart stays. I phoned once again as I checked out as soon as I could and reported the situation. I have also written a recount to Smart stays.
I stayed overnight because I was too terrified to leave until daybreak.
I was not aware of the location when I booked. The neighbours were out of control.
I felt unsafe.
I checked out on Wednesday 28/01/26.
I want a full refund for this booking.
