How noise it was. We heard every conversation, people filling ice buckets, elevators every time.

● It was a cool hotel, all side & extra entries — and elevators — are room card protected.
● Our corner room was modern, cute, & perfect for a couple (or individual) during a short stay. (It did have joint room capability, but we didn't travel w/others)
● Bathroom was nice, large & modern.
● Valet Parking was full (pay lot was right across from hotel, though)
● Not a biggie, but shower was rain head (gravity‐fed, I'd assume) style. So, water pressure wasn't ideal for a curly girl (iykyk)
● We were somehow charged for 2 add-on breakfast meals, and we never even saw the restaurant during stay. ** Once we realized this post-trip, a quick call got things corrected and staff was very friendly, sweet, & apologetic. **

The staff was super friendly and helpful and honestly made up for the overall hotel!
When I got there my room door did not lock properly, when I went to front desk to let them know they were extremely helpful and were on it and got it fixed. Just wasn’t the best feeling having just got off a plane to now have to wait until door was fixed, we were hungry so we had to pack all our belongings and bring them back downstairs while we ate. Also asked to be given another room just so we had a peace of mind that the lock was going to work properly, but guy said they were full. ( kind of had anxiety the door would just open again while I was out) AC unit didn’t seem to properly work either but since it was a short stay and pretty cool outside I didn’t complain but it would be something you guys want to check in that room lol. Anyways like I said staff was super helpful and it made me feel better!!!
