great location, great big 200 by 200cm comfortable bed, fresh water every day for the mini fridge. very clean room. good security measures in place.
The constant smell of cigarette smoke in the reception area. The glass bathroom meant that if you went to the toilet in the middle of the night turning the light on, lit the whole bedroom up. There were several irritating flashing led lights on the room ceiling.

Location was great for wandering around Santa Cruz
Opening hours of roof cafe /bar were too late in the morning and closed too early at night.
The roo. Layout was very tight . Only 1 chair in the room which made it difficult to spend time in room when it rained. The hotel provided no space to sit and relax with friends or read tye paper. For the price the facilities were not adequate.
The restaurant was also closed o. A number of nights.
