We will definitely be back!

Everything worked as expected. Very clean apartment! Host was very easy to contact.

Fantastic stay and host; would highly recommend it.

I would've given it a 10 (I did a 9) if couple of things were ready in the apartment: 1. The water (specially cold water was pumping weak) 2. Nespresso machine is available but no coffee; and with my busy schedule I could not purchase it. It would've made the stay much more content if the host have a few :- ) But overall, the apartment was pretty clean and well maintained. Location is very convenient to take a short tram ride to center. Nice restaurants, bakery and barber shop with close walking distance. +Ellizabeth was fantastic with her service and response.

The private garage :- ) Sufficient size of the apartment for a family of 4 Location of the apartment

Bad smell inside, uncomfortable.

Clean sheets.

The smell into the apartment was bad and the beds were very uncomfortable. Especially the sofa bed because the mattress was very thin and dirty.

Worst experience ever!

I am extremely disappointed. Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. When I requested a later check-in (the official check-in time was until 8:00 PM, and I asked for 9:00 PM), I was told that I could not collect the keys at the apartment address and would instead need to pick them up from a lockbox at a different location. When I arrived at that address and entered the code for the lockbox, there were no keys inside. I immediately sent a message informing them that the keys were missing. Shortly afterwards, a young man arrived and explained that they had simply forgotten to place the keys in the lockbox. When I arrived at the garage to park my car, the garage door was closed, and I had not received any instructions on how to open it. I contacted them again, but they were unable to help. Fortunately, another person happened to be entering the garage, so we were able to get in behind him. We then went up to the apartment from the garage and found it completely untidy and uncleaned after the previous guests. When I reported this, they offered us an upgraded accommodation. I agreed, but then more problems followed. The replacement accommodation address was inconsistent: in one place it was listed as Cristoforo Colombo 28D, while elsewhere it was listed as Lungarno Cristoforo Colombo 28D. As a result, we spent time driving around Florence trying to find the correct location. The garage for the replacement accommodation was not at the stated address at all, but rather across the street. It was also extremely narrow, by the way. In this so-called upgraded accommodation, the shower had very low water pressure and leaked from the side. Overall, this was a completely unnecessary amount of stress and a clear example of irresponsible management by the host. The only positive aspect of the experience was the person we communicated with via messages, who genuinely tried to help us as much as possible.

Air conditioning, washing machine and large fridge. Friendly host who presented the apartment well.

Kitchen didn't include microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwashing equipment or almost anything else than stove and oven. Room was quite small and dirty. No balcony.
