would not recommend.

the location was the only good thing about this property.

the property was advertised as a two bedroom. there was one bedroom and one living room, and one double bed was in the living room. Next to a very cold window, and I could not sleep due to the noise of the cars on the road outside late at night. the beds were very uncomfortable, and have had bad back pain ever since. For 5 nights I barely slept at all. There was also a tv advertised which was not there (we did contact the host about this but just said that previous guests had broken it) - no discount was given here. The apartment was freezing cold when we arrived, and the toilet is not fit for purpose - it is rocking back and forth when using it, and in a tiny tiny room the size of a cupboard. I hit my head off the roof beams numerous times, (I am not tall!), the kitchen is also not fully fit for purpose. It has a kettle, sitting on top of an air fryer on a side table - no counter space at all, and that is all that is available to cook with. There was a leak on the 2nd last day, I notified the owner who told us to mop up the water with our towels as they didnt want it leaking into downstairs - I told her we used our towels and had none left to use ourselves, which they didnt offer us spare towels at all, no consideration for us, only the apartment downstairs. We thankfully managed to fix the leak ourselves. Washer & Dryer but nothing supplied to use with these eg washing powder or tablets. Also a lot of noise from the neighbouring apartment late at night.

Fantastic location

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the centre of Tromsø. It was very comfortable with a double bedroom and a double bed in the living area. A small kitchen with microwave and air fryer, plus kettle. The bathroom was a little chilly but had a washing machine and tumble dryer available. We weren't leaving Tromsø until early evening and we were able to leave our luggage in a room downstairs, which was much appreciated. There was a supermarket just 3 minute walk away too.

It was a little noisy and you could hear traffic and neighbours walking around. But not enough for it to be too much of a bother.

Great location

The staff was extraordinary and the location is very convenient.

It doesn’t have two bedrooms, only one bedroom and a common space with kitchen, living room and two beds. Toilet and shower are in different floors.
