Rhe place was extremely clean, when I hot in I was surprised how clean it was.
I had everything, fridge, microwave, electrical oven/stove, cooking utensils. Bed was very comfortable, had extra blankets. Room is air-conditioned. So close to maitland railway station.
The cabins don't have ramps had to lift my luggage up the steps.

The owner was excellent! We needed a cabin for a one night stay for the local rodeo and it was perfectly just up the street.

Staff nice and friendly. Bed comfortable with nice clean linen and towels. Good hot water for nice shower.
Cabin furniture old and tired. Heater/aircon old and noisy, Needed additional pillows and blanket. Very close to train line and trains heard regularly through night with little sleep able first few nights.
