La ubicación, frente a la playa y relativamente cerca tanto de la Pza del Cabildo como del Bajo de Guia, el patio delantero, las vistas desde la terraza, la tranquilidad de la zona. La amplitud de las habitaciones y disponer de dos baños completos en la planta baja y en la superior y con estanterías y baldas donde poder dejar las cosas de aseo.
La presencia de alguna hormiga en la cocina. La plaza de garaje, que al tener un cerramiento dentro del propio parking hace un poco laborioso sacar y meter el coche.

Buena ubicación para ir a la playa y salir andando a cenar
Mucho ruido y poco limpio (telarañas en las esquinas, migas en la nevera, etc). Sin aire acondicionado en las habitaciones se hace difícil dormir en días de calor.
