The hotel has excellent location, next to the main pedestrian area and lots of shops, restaurants, and transportation options. The room is good size, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is good, wth a mixture of Chinese and Western dishes. Staff is very friendly.
There was only one annoying aspect, namely that the elevators (4 of them) are overcrowded at most times and very slow, since they are called on all the 21 floors. The reception and breakfast restaurant are located on floor 21, which means many people with luggage cram the lifts on each floor, to check in or out. Additionally, 10 hotels seem to share these elevators, some of them accessible on floors 5/6, which means more people (with more luggage).

Locatie prima, vlakbij metro en op loopafstand van vrijheidsmonument en de beroemde eetstraat Banyan road.
De liften, 1x zelfs 15 minuten erover gedaan om van de 13e naar de 21e etage te gaan waar het ontbijt was.

The location was very good.
Several hotels are located in the same building, and four lifts were not enough. Also reception desk couldn’t speak English.
